Please do not submit any items or comments intended for the public record of a project proposal undergoing regulatory review by the Cape Cod Commission.
Formal comments on regulatory matters should be submitted before the record is closed. Submissions should be as hard copy that is mailed or delivered to the Regulatory Department at the Cape Cod Commission (P.O. Box 226, Barnstable, MA 02630). Written comments may also be submitted by email prior to the hearing to regulatory@capecodcommission.org.
Informal inquiries about regulatory matters can be directed to the Commission Clerk.
