- Subcommittee review and discussion of 35 Scudder Residential Community Development Agreement project: Subcommittee members will review, discuss, and potentially make findings and vote whether to direct staff to prepare a draft development agreement on the following project:
- Project: 35 Scudder Residential Community (CCC File No: 20065)
- Project Applicants: Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC
- Project Location: 35 Scudder Avenue, Barnstable (Hyannis), MA 02647 (Assessors Map 289 Parcel 110)
- Project Description: Proposed residential development of approximately 312 units with supporting improvements and amenities to be located on a portion of the property, which is currently occupied with a golf course.
In accordance with Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations, the subcommittee may make findings including but not limited to the project’s consistency or inconsistency with the 2018 Regional Policy Plan, the Cape Cod Commission Act, the Town of Barnstable’s Local Comprehensive Plan, local zoning and applicable state law. The subcommittee may discuss and potentially vote whether to direct Commission staff to draft a development agreement.
