Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with some members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council participating remotely, as allowed by Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 11/8/23
3. Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) 5-Year Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will discuss the requirements for the CEDS 5-Year Update as defined by the United States Economic Development Administration, explain the process for its review, and identify priorities for the strategy. Council members will have an opportunity to discuss and provide feedback on the presentation.
4. Cape Cod Regional Housing Strategy: Staff will provide an update on the status of the Cape Cod Regional Housing Strategy and review draft recommendations to address housing supply, availability and affordability challenges on Cape Cod.
5. Cape Cod Commission Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff activities.
6. Member Reports: Council members will report on any recent economic development activities.
7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
