1. Roll Call/Attendance
2. Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 12/13/23
3. Election of Officers: Council members will vote to elect a Chair and Vice-Chair to the Council for the calendar year 2024.
4. Economic Opportunities Analysis: Cape Cod Commission staff will facilitate a discussion amongst Council members about challenges, strengths, and opportunities within the Cape Cod economy. Council member feedback will inform development of the Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy vision and goals.
5. Cape Cod Commission Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff activities.
6. Member Reports: Council members will report on any recent economic development activities on Cape Cod.
7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
