Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with some members of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

- Review and Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: 6/12/2024
- Fiscal Year 2025 Barnstable County License Plate Grants: Cape Cod Commission staff will review the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Barnstable County License Plate Grant program with the Barnstable County Economic Development Council. Council members will have the opportunity to comment on the Fiscal Year 2025 program guidelines and targeted timeline.
- Appointments to the Grants Committee: Council members will discuss and may vote to appoint members to serve on the Barnstable County Economic Development Council’s Grants Committee.
- Cape Cod Bridges Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide a summary of the analysis conducted by Eastern Research Group on the economic impacts of potential closures of the Cape Cod Canal Bridges. Council members may discuss the presentation and ask questions.
- Regional Housing Strategy Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update on the implementation of the Regional Housing Strategy, including efforts to develop a strategy for establishing a community land trust and housing land bank on Cape Cod and development of model housing plans for use by Cape Cod communities. Council members may discuss the presentation and ask questions.
- Cape Cod Commission Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff activities.
- Member Reports: Council members will report on recent economic development activities on Cape Cod.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
