Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (CCIWPF) Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021.

AGENDA

1. Roll Call
2. Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (“Fund”) Membership: Executive Committee members will discuss potential efforts by the Town of Brewster to withdraw from the Fund and potential interest by communities on Martha’s Vineyard to join the Fund.
3. Draft 2022 Clean Water Intended Use Plan (“IUP”): Executive Committee members will review and discuss the Draft 2022 Clean Water IUP issued by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. The IUP details the projects, borrowers, and amounts proposed to be financed through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan program.
4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
