1. Roll Call/Attendance
2. Water Quality Monitoring: Executive Committee members will discuss the ability of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (“Fund”) to support water quality monitoring of marine and freshwater resources on Cape Cod. The Committee may vote on a recommendation to the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Management Board regarding the use of the Fund to support water quality monitoring for fiscal year 2026 and subsequent years.
3. Administrative and Technical Support Costs: Cape Cod Commission staff will discuss the administrative and technical support costs incurred by the Cape Cod Commission from January through December 2024 in support of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Management Board. The Executive Committee may vote to reimburse the Cape Cod Commission for expenses incurred.  
4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
