Note: the meeting will be held by remote participation by the Cape Cod Water Protection Collaborative Governing Board pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law dated March 12, 2020.

- Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 3/11/2021
- Regional Water Quality Monitoring Project Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update on the approach for applying the tools and resources developed as part of the regional water quality monitoring project to the Waquoit Bay pilot watershed in the towns of Falmouth and Mashpee.
- Freshwater Pond Water Quality Planning: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide updates on regional pond planning efforts, including an outline of the updated Cape Cod Ponds and Lakes Atlas.
- Cape Cod Area Wide Water Quality Management Plan 2021 Progress Report: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update regarding comments from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the 2020 Progress Report, preparation of the 2021 Progress Report, and updates to Town Compliance Reports for the Cape Cod Area Wide Water Quality Management Plan.
- Report from the Cape Cod Commission Staff: Staff will give an update on recent activities relevant to the protection of Cape Cod water resources.
- Member Reports: Members will report on recent water resources issues impacting their towns.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
