3. Wilkens Housing Phase II, Development of Regional Impact 

A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public meeting on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the meeting, the subcommittee will discuss the Project and may review a draft DRI Decision and vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission.
