Hybrid Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote on the DRI Exemption.
- Project: Benjamin Nyes Exemption (CCC File No: 24019)
- Project Applicant: The 300 Committee Land Trust, Inc.
- Property Owner: LTC, LLC
- Project Location: 48 Benjamin Nyes Lane & 0 Quaker Road, Falmouth, MA
- Map/Parcel: 05-02-022-004; 05-01-085-002
- Project Description: Proposed division of a 55.7-acre +/- lot. Of the 55.7 +/- acres, 48.2 +/- acres would be permanently protected for conservation purposes and 7.5 +/- acres would remain developable.
Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended.

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
