Blue Sky Towers Monopole, resubmission (Yarmouth)
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI): Proposal by Blue Sky Towers III, LLC to construct a 120’ monopole wireless communication tower with ground equipment at 1044 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. The hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020. The sole purpose of this hearing is to open the DRI public hearing period on the matter.
