- Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 2/08/24 Executive Committee and 2/08/24 Executive Committee Executive Session Minutes
- Executive Session for purpose three (3) of the Open Meeting law, to discuss litigation strategy in the matter of Save Twin Brooks, Inc., Capeway Towing and Denise Johnson v. Cape Cod Commission and Quarterra Multifamily Communities, Barnstable Superior Court Civil Action No. 23CV95, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body, and for purpose seven (7) of the Open Meeting law, to comply with the general law and perform a review and determination whether to release executive session minutes which may no longer warrant non-disclosure per Mass. General Law c. 30A, section 22(g), with a return to public session.
- Cape Cod Environmental Protection Fund (CCEPF) Update: Staff will report on, and committee members will discuss, the revenue, expenditures and ending balance, including fund balance allocations, of the CCEPF during Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).
- Executive Director Review: Kristy Senatori will present, and Committee members will discuss, an overview and evaluation of activities during the past year and establish goals for the year ahead.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
