2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 9/5/24 Executive Committee minutes and 9/5/24 Executive Committee Executive Session minutes
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Request: Staff will present, and committee members will discuss, the Cape Cod Commission’s budget request to Barnstable County for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
