- Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: April 4, 2024
- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- 2024 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS): Cape Cod Commission staff will review the 2024 Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy with the Cape Cod Commission. The Cape Cod Commission may vote whether to approve and submit the 2024 Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy to the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
- 2019 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Year 5 Annual Report: Cape Cod Commission staff will review the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Year 5 Annual Report with the Cape Cod Commission. The Cape Cod Commission may vote whether to approve and submit the Year 5 annual report to the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
- Regulatory Tools for Development in the Floodplain: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update on the development of model wetlands regulations and a zoning bylaw intended to promote natural resource migration and reduce risk in the floodplain.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
