- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- Public Hearing, Town of Provincetown Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a hybrid public hearing to take testimony and vote whether to approve the certification of the Town of Provincetown Local Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and the Cape Cod Commission Local Comprehensive Plan Regulations.
- Public Hearing, 3 Corn Hill Path, Truro, MA: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to grant the DRI Exemption.

- Project Description: Proposed construction of an elevated access stairway from the beach to the top of the coastal bank.
- Public Hearing, 48 Benjamin Nyes Lane & 0 Quaker Road, Falmouth, MA: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to grant the DRI Exemption.
- Project: Benjamin Nyes Exemption (CCC File No: 24019)
- Project Applicant: The 300 Committee Land Trust, Inc.
- Property Owner: LTC, LLC
- Project Location: 48 Benjamin Nyes Lane & 0 Quaker Road, Falmouth, MA

- Project Description: Proposed division of a 55.7-acre +/- lot. Of the 55.7 +/- acres, 48.2 +/- acres would be permanently protected for conservation purposes and 7.5 +/- acres would remain developable.
