4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities. 
5. Public Hearing, Quaker Road Monopole: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act. The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the project and may vote whether to adopt the draft decision and approve the proposed project. 

• Project: Quaker Road Monopole (CCC File No: 24011)   
• Project Applicant: Vertex Towers, LLC   
• Property Owner: Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River   
• Project Location: 481 Quaker Rd, North Falmouth, MA  02556   
• Map/Parcel: Map 12, Block  05, Lot 001-010    
• Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 120-foot-tall monopole for wireless cell service, within a 48 ft by 58 ft fenced compound.
