- Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Evaluation Criteria: Staff will present the draft revised TIP evaluation criteria based on prior Committee feedback. The Committee may vote to recommend that the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization adopt the revised evaluation criteria be used for the selection of TIP projects beginning with the Federal Fiscal Year 2025-2029 TIP.
- Calendar Year 2024 Safety Performance Measure Targets: Staff will describe, and Committee may vote to recommend the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization adopt statewide Massachusetts Department of Transportation safety performance targets for calendar year 2024.
- Route 6A Discussion: Committee members will discuss the State Route 6A corridor and the challenges of balancing the needs of a modern transportation system on a National Scenic Byway.
- Pavement Management: Staff will present information on the Cape Cod regional pavement condition data collection efforts and results obtained from that work.
- Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
