CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section 7 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended. At this hearing, the Commission will assemble the record, review the proposed development, discuss the following project and may decide and vote on whether the project qualifies for a DRI Exemption.
- Project: Southwind Plaza ANR (CCC File No: 23018)
- Project Applicants: BV Southwind, LLC
- Project Location: 900 Iyannough Rd (Rte. 132) & 65 Independence Drive, Barnstable, MA
- Assessor’s ID: Map 294 Block 4; Map 295 Block 15 Lots X01 & X02
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to divide a parcel of approximately 31.13 +/- acres into 4 separate lots.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 .

The DRI Exemption application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
