A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Applicant: Frederick K. Jensen and Sheila N. Jensen
- Property Owner: The Jensen Revocable Trust (Frederick and Sheila Jensen as Trustees)
- Project Location: 0 Boxberry Hill Road, Falmouth, MA 02536
- Map/Parcel: 10 02 001 002
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to divide an existing 38.32 acre lot into four new lots at 0 Boxberry Hill Rd. The new lots will range in size from 1,423,018 square feet to 80,090 square feet.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
