Virtual Pro-forma Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Applicant: Cape Cod Gateway Airport
- Property Owner: Town of Barnstable, Barnstable Municipal Airport
- Project Location: 480 Barnstable Road, Hyannis, MA
- Map/Parcel: 329-003
- Project Description: The Project proposes safety and infrastructure improvements to bring the Cape Cod Gateway Airport into compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) standards and to meet forecasted demand for airport use and hangar space. The Project includes a runway extension, runway safety area enhancements, taxiway modifications, terminal Improvements, non-aeronautical land use development areas, and general aviation uses.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
