The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (Continued from Monday, March 31, 2025) The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the full Commission may hear, discuss, and vote on the Project.

- Project Applicant/Owner: 44 Captain Bertie’s LLC
- Project Location: 44 Captain Bertie’s Way, Provincetown, MA 02657
- Map/Parcel: 8-2-28-0 and 8-2-28-A
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to construct a +/- 44,500-sf, 4-story building containing 36 residential units with associated parking and residential amenities.
Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025 as extended to June 30, 2027.

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
