Virtual Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 5:00pm. (continued from 10/30/24). The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record on the Project, and may vote to make a recommendation the full Commission. The full Commission may then vote on the Project.

- Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of a 37,000 s.f. (+/-) building on a 3.6 acre (+/-) parcel of land which will house a restaurant/tavern (2,500 s.f.) and 10 indoor pickleball courts, 6 indoor golf simulations, locker rooms and general common areas encompassing 34,500 s.f. (+/-), with 91 onsite parking spaces.
