JOINT MEETING: Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee and Bylaws and Regulations Committee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Executive Committee and Bylaws and Regulations Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as further amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: Executive Committee 1/18/24
3. Strategy for Maintaining the Fund Subsidy: The Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund (Fund) Executive Committee and Bylaws and Regulations Committee members will discuss a strategy for maintaining the existing 25% subsidy provided by the Fund to projects in member municipalities. The Executive Committee may vote to recommend a strategy to the full Management Board of the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund.
4. Regulations: The Fund Executive Committee and Bylaws and Regulations Committee members will discuss potential amendments to the Fund regulations necessary to maintain the existing 25% subsidy provided by the Fund to projects in member municipalities.
5. Schedule: Cape Cod Commission staff will share a suggested schedule for future Fund Executive Committee, Bylaws and Regulations Committee, and Management Board meetings.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
