Virtual Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, October 31, 2024 @ 3:00 p.m. (Continued from 10/23/23) The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record on the Project, and may vote to make a recommendation the full Commission. The full Commission may then vote on the Project.

- Project Applicant:Vertex Towers, LLC
- Property Owner: Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River
- Project Location: 481 Quaker Rd, North Falmouth, MA 02556
- Map/Parcel: Map 12, Block 05, Lot 001-010
- Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 120-foot-tall monopole for wireless cell service, within 48 ft by 58 ft fenced compound.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
