1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Regional Housing Strategy Update: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an update on the development of the Cape Cod Regional Housing Strategy, including an overview of tools and resources developed and under development to help support housing affordability and availability in the Cape Cod region.
3. Regional Housing Strategy Funding and Financing Recommendations: Outwith Studios staff will provide an overview of draft key financing and funding recommendations to be included in the Regional Housing strategy for Cape Cod. Staff will solicit feedback from participants on priorities and considerations for implementation of the recommendations. 
4. Next Steps: Cape Cod Commission staff will discuss the next steps on development of the Regional Housing Strategy for Cape Cod.
