A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m. (Continued from 6/12/24) At this meeting, the subcommittee will discuss the following Project, review a draft decision, and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission on its decision. The Project is subject to review as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended.

Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
