Lower Cape TV hosted an hour-long discussion on the Section 208 Areawide Water Quality Management Plan and its implications for Cape Cod. It is available here:

DESCRIPTION: Section 208 -Wastewater affects us all on the Cape. Every town has been discussing the issues and the plans going forward. Many townsfolk still don’t know what it’s all about. This roundtable discussion, hosted by Susan Lindquist from This Place Matters, will hopefully shed some light on the proiblem and what has to be done to solve it. The panelists of the show are:
