3. Potential approval of prior meeting minutes: November 20, 2023

5. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Evaluation Criteria: Staff will describe, and Committee members may vote to adopt, revised TIP evaluation criteria for the selection of TIP projects beginning with the Federal Fiscal Year 2025-2029 TIP.
6. Calendar Year 2024 Safety Performance Measure Targets​: Staff will describe, and the Committee members may vote to adopt, statewide Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) safety performance targets for calendar year 2024.
7. Chatham Parking and Circulation Study: Staff will provide an overview of the Chatham Parking and Circulation Study which is being conducted as part of the 2024 Unified Planning Work Program. The presentation will summarize the project’s data collection efforts conducted in Summer 2023.
8. Reports: MassDOT staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
9. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
