NOTICE- VIRTUAL PRO-FORMA HEARING

A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI): Southpoint Drive Solar by 978 Solar Development, LLC to build a 3 megawatt large-scale ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation at 0 Southpoint Drive, Sandwich, MA 02563. The meeting will be held virtually pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021.
