A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a continued virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (Continued by the Subcommittee from 5/10/22).
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken. The hearing officer will continue the hearing to a time, date, and place certain.

Note: The hearing will be held virtually, with members of the subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency
